These Terms govern your access to and use of RevParts, available at rev.parts. By using our Services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
2. Our Services
RevParts is a platform that helps users find and compare alternative car parts from third-party vendors. We do not sell or supply parts directly, nor do we endorse or assume responsibility for the quality, availability, or suitability of parts offered by third-party providers.
3. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Subscription Plans
RevParts offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Free tier includes 5 searches/month with up to 3 results per search. Saving parts is not available on the free tier. Pro subscription provides 300 searches/month, full results, and access to all features including saved parts. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout and are processed securely via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable once charged. We reserve the right to modify pricing or features of any plan at any time with reasonable notice.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting to bypass search limits, scrape or automate requests, or use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on RevParts are owned by RevParts or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
8. Third-Party Links
Our Services contain links to third-party websites. RevParts does not control or endorse these sites and is not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Affiliate Disclosure
RevParts participates in affiliate programs. We may earn a commission when you purchase products through links on our site, at no extra cost to you. This does not influence the results we show or their ranking.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
RevParts provides the Services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevParts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms.
